We furnish, brand, and systemize the space. Every common area and bedroom is set up to our managed co-living standard.

Resident Placement

We vet, qualify, and place residents through our placement process — not a public listing. Quality residents from day one.

Ongoing Management

We handle tenant relations, maintenance coordination, turnover, and income collection. You own the asset and review the reports.

Chicago metro or Chicagoland suburb
Single-family home or 2–6 unit multi-family
Owner willing to furnish (or we can assist)
No active tenant in conflict with conversion
Owner available for monthly reporting review
